Made to order

All items are made to order. Please allow two weeks for the production of your item(s). 

In rare circumstances production times may be increased. You will be notified via email if we expect your items will take longer to make than our usual time frame. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of knitting, there may be minor variations between items. Every effort has been made to depict the items accurately. 

Australian shipping

Regular shipping within Australia is free. For express shipping, we charge a flat fee of $15. 

Items are shipped using Australia Post and usually take 1-7 days to arrive once shipped. All items are shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.

International shipping

Items are shipped using Australia Post and may take 7-28 days, or longer, to arrive once shipped. 

Regular shipping to New Zealand is charged at a flat fee of $15. 

All other international shipping costs vary depending on destination and are calculated at checkout.

International customers please note that some countries will charge additional import and/or custom duties that have not been included in the price of your order or shipping. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and will need to be liaised directly with the custom authority at the country of destination. 

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your items within 14 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with swing tags attached and in resalable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit does not expire.

For change of mind returns, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping back to our Melbourne studio.

Exchanges

As They Kiss Consume does not offer exchanges. If you would like to change your item, please return it to us for store credit and then purchase your new item.

Shipping Terms

Please note that As They Kiss Consume is not liable for any damaged, missing, stolen or delayed packages. We will not offer refunds for parcels that are damaged, missing, stolen or delayed. If you believe that something may have happened to your parcel during transit, please email us at hello@astheykissconsume.com so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We will do what we can to help.
