Expertly handcrafted
As They Kiss Consume is a slow fashion project. We release capsule collections of handcrafted items, all slowly and sustainably made with material integrity.
Our sole craftsperson Sal produces knits through the use of hand operated vintage domestic knitting machines, where pieces are shaped and manipulated directly on the machine. This is an almost zero waste production process!
Jewellery is handmade using the lost wax casting method. We have worked with local suppliers to source high quality and recycled silver to use across our pieces.
All items have been meticulously handcrafted and considered, and are designed to adorn you for years to come.
100% Australian wool
There's no global supply chain, or plastic fibres here. Just small, local manufacturing working with 100% natural materials.
We've used locally sourced Australian wool throughout our collection. It's soft on your skin and light on the environment.
Made to order in Melbourne
Unless otherwise noted as Ready To Ship, your item(s) will handmade to order out of our Brunswick studio. Please allow two weeks for the production of your items.
I need my pieces sooner, can you accomodate this?
Yes, in some circumstances we will be able to make your items faster than our usual two week turn around time. Prior to placing your order please email us at hello@astheykissconsume.com with your requested timeframe and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Alternatively, you may be able to visit one of our stockists to purchase a ready-made item.
I live in Melbourne, can I pick my order up?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order from our Brunswick studio by appointment. Please email us at hello@astheykissconsume.com after placing your order to arrange a date and time.
Do you have advice on caring for knitwear?
To keep your ATKC items looking their best, please treat them gently.
